Agriculture Development Under Population Perspective

The success of agricultural development based on population perspective is directed by the population (people) as a driver and controller of the development.
Empowering people in the agricultural sector doesn’t means that we are in underdevelopment phase, but structural transformation towards industrialization remains could be done through people-centered development (people-centered), with an emphasis on value added agricultural products.
Population issues is not only a matter of  numbers, but also about people as a human being and resources.

Credit Program Try to Answer Agricultural Financing Problem

Availability of financing for farmers is one important factor in achieving food security. Several programs have been done by the government to improve the ability of agricultural financing for farmers, one through Credit Program for agricultural businesses. Some credit programs designed for farmers are “Kredit Ketahanan Pangan dan Energi” (KKPE), “Kredit Pengembangan Energi Nabati dan Revitalisasi Perkebunan” (KPEN-RP) and “Kredit Usaha Pembibitan Sapi” (KUPS).

The existence of the credit program are currently considered important primarily because of the target self-sufficiency and increase rice production by 7% in 2011 and targets 10 million tons of rice surplus until 2014.

Some of the law that became the foundation for the implementation of credit programs in Indonesia are as follows:
a. Inpres No. 1 / 2010 on the Acceleration of the Implementation of National Development Priorities 2010, Improving Access to Farmers / Farmers Against Credit Program (KUR, KKPE, KPEN-RP, KUPS)
b. Inpres No. 3 /2010
c. UU 41 Tahun 2009
d. Permenkeu No: 48/PMK.05/2009 about KKPE
e. The regulations of the Minister of Agriculture as guidance Permenkeu about KKPE.

Sometimes a company  “desperates” when one of their best employees resigned from the company’s. This happens because the company did not prepare  a system that can be used as “Handbook” to all personnel, so anyone in that company can quickly find out what and how they work it.

Knowledge Management is a system that can store, update, and continuously refine detailed practical knowledge of all levels of professionals and workers in an organization.

All development workers can properly recorded and stored in a system, and can be accessed at any time. So that all operators do not need to learn from zero point to start something.

One example of companies that successfully implement Knowledge Management is TOYOTA. In the early stages Toyota standardize their employees, including providing basic training to the stage after that just go on stage how to use digital knowledge management system, especially for shop-floor also plant management and operation.

Are government institution will follow Toyota in develop knowledge management in order to improve their important information …

 

When Cost of education equal with a first house down payment …

If anyone opposes the increase in fuel … that means supporting the rich to become richer … JK said. well these few words became the subject of my deep reflection.

The assumption when the fuel subsidies was reduced, meaning – there will be compensation from the reduction of subsidies, isnt it? Indeed, a numbers of subsidy in the state budget (APBN) is very high. But when it will reduction on fuel’s subsidy, on the one side is expected there will be additional to subsidies in other areas.

But instead of reducing,  price increases everywhere. Not only  food  being affected but also cost of education. Whereas the first spirit are by reducing fuel subsidies, education subsidies will increase.  BUT The True is ….

This true story …
a year ago (2008) , my sister had a difficulty to determine her college, because of in that year, college admission mechanisms had different systems. Where the “quota” seats acceptance of SPMB became less than the acceptance form  self-selection test (Tes Mandiri). For registration fees … at least approximately need Rp.20 million … yes … it was out of my mind… that a bundle of price are needed to pay a majors that could be undesirable major.
Can not imagine that will be  many people who lack of education in Indonesia.
